I wanted to create a small space on this site where you can slow down, breathe, and learn a little more about how your body works. In the treatment room, people often ask thoughtful questions about pain, tension, stress, and how everything in the body connects. This blog is simply a continuation of those conversations.

Here, I’ll share simple explanations, gentle reminders, and observations from my work — nothing overwhelming or overly medical. Just clear, grounded information to help you understand what you’re feeling and why certain patterns show up.

My hope is that these posts feel calm and supportive. I want you to feel a little more at home in your body, a little more aware of what helps you feel better, and a little more confident in your healing process.
